Cancellation of Products

Here are the products that can be cancelled:

1- Extended Service Contracts

2- Tire and Wheel Coverage

3- Dent and Ding Coverage

4- Maintenance Agreement

5- GAP coverage (If loan is paid off)

To cancel products please provide the following:

1-Bill of sale of the sold vehicle (vin, year, make, model, mileage, and date of sale)

2-Affidavit of sale for trade in South Carolina (vin, year, make, model, mileage, and date of sale)

3-If paid off provide the lien release letter from the bank along with (vin, year, make, model, mileage, and date of cancellation)

4-Our Product Cancellation Form signed.

5-Phone number you can be reached.

6-Email all documents to acctg@ddmotors.com
